Role Purpose:
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for managing all marketing output across the group, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality content. The role covers social media, email marketing, print collateral, and other communications, with a focus on driving footfall to the retail venues and increasing sales for the wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all social media output, including managing the Social Media Executive.
Plan, create, and run email marketing campaigns.
Worth with a web development agency to update and maintain websites for the retail and wholesale brands.
Design and produce large brochures, including the annual Christmas brochure, using Canva.
Create and order banners and posters for print advertising
Assist with menu creation and other print materials.
Contribute to the company newsletter.
Attend occasional events outside normal hours as required.
Ensure fast turnaround on marketing projects during busy periods such as early-year seasonal events (e.g., Mother's Day, Valentine's Day).
Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets for advertising purposes.
Maintain strong relationships with venue and sales teams to understand their marketing requirements and priorities
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong creative ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva, email marketing platforms, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of the hospitality and wholesale alcohol industries.
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
Previous experience in a marketing role
