Job Description

Duration:6 months, 37,5h per week
The position is hybrid: candidate needs to be able to do 2 days a week in the office, minimum. Flexible on location for either London, UK or Reading, UK.
Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Leading and setting the campaign strategy for allbound funnel impact in line with pipeline and ARR objectives.
  • Researching, developing, validating and communicating strategic go-to-market sales plays based on Prospect & Customer intent & insight data sources.
  • Providing crucial market context and horizon scanning activities to inform and support the prescribed approach and forecast short-, medium- and longer-term trends.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to the EMEA Marketing team and Sales stakeholders to inform & evolve our go-to-market approach.
  • Owning and driving end-to-end campaign governance to ensure robust campaign justification and execution excellence across the EMEA Marketing team.
  • Aligning content and highlighting content gaps to ensure a coherent and audience appropriate narrative.
Optimization
  • Champion our strategic campaign approach across all key stakeholder groups within the organization - seeking out opportunities to extend & evolve campaign reach, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Refines and optimizes intent and insight sources to ensure the relevancy of our referenceable datasets.
  • Owns and evolves vendor relationships to maximize strategic campaign opportunities - keeping pace with the latest technologies & best practices for timely impact in the market.
  • Seeks out market disrupting and high impact opportunities to influence and convert our target audience at every stage of the funnel.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting
  • Review the performance of strategic campaigns across all channels with Marketing & Sales management.
  • Providing detailed analysis and commentary, making recommendations, and implementing changes where necessary, to secure campaign impact.
  • Forecast and monitor ongoing target attainment (pipeline impact) and work with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Develop and deliver campaign briefings and provide the necessary information and support to the relevant sales teams and business units to ensure strategic campaign success.
  • Work closely with EMEA Marketing & Sales teams to plan activity, report on campaign performance, and obtain feedback to optimize your efforts.
  • Align with colleagues in Client Apps & Tech to optimize use of campaign assets and activities and to ensure reach & amplification of campaign activities.
  • Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximize reach and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
  • Marketing qualifications (preferable).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the delivery of marketing campaigns within a B2B organization.
  • Creative thinker and data-driven - able to build a solid justification for the proposed approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence & persuade a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem-solving techniques when the situation demands.
  • Experience of pitching campaign concepts, executions, or approaches to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Software and technology experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. A second European language is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline compliance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience within a high-growth company, with a focus on volume and velocity in demand generation.
  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.
