About Us



We're a growing London restaurant group with three sites showcasing authentic Asian cuisine. We're seeking a creative and organised Marketing & Content Coordinator to elevate our brand, grow our online presence, and develop a clear digital strategy that helps bring Burmese hospitality to life.

This role focuses on content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and supporting paid advertising -- perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Digital Growth



Develop and deliver a clear digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals. Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) with support from management. Analyse campaign performance and propose improvements to drive engagement and reach. Identify opportunities for increased brand visibility, new audience segments, and community growth.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling



Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Capture and edit simple photo and video content; coordinate professional shoots where needed. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and guest updates (Mailchimp or similar). Keep websites and online listings up to date with menus, events, and brand stories. Support seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and cultural celebrations such as Thingyan (Burmese New Year).

PR, Influencers & Community Engagement



Build relationships with influencers, local media, and hospitality networks to generate PR coverage. Coordinate influencer visits, content exchange, and event invitations. Support outreach initiatives with local communities, cultural organisations, and partner brands.

Reporting & Content Management



Track marketing performance metrics and produce monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Maintain organised folders of visual assets (food, team, interiors) for efficient content creation. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform future campaigns.

Skills & Experience Essential



2+ years' experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (hospitality experience a bonus). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling. Confident managing social channels and creating engaging content. Proficient with social media and design tools (Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, TikTok). Basic understanding of paid advertising or willingness to learn quickly. Highly proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively.

Desirable



Knowledge or personal connection to Burmese culture or cuisine. Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or media outreach. Photography or videography skills. Familiarity with CRM, Mailchimp, or marketing analytics tools.
