Content Creator - Marketing

to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to shaping the Marlin brand across digital platforms through engaging and impactful content. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, improving engagement, and driving direct bookings through creative content strategies.

Essential Experience

Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, ideally within the hospitality sector. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual design and brand consistency. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content planning tools. Basic photography and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar). Understanding of content performance metrics, SEO fundamentals, and audience engagement strategies. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple content calendars or projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies that align with the Marlin brand and marketing goals. Create original content including videos, reels, social media posts, blogs, and newsletters to promote our serviced apartments, hotels, and corporate offerings. Plan and schedule posts across all digital platforms. Capture on-site photography and video content across our London and Dublin properties to highlight guest experiences, interiors, and seasonal campaigns. Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to refine future campaigns. Collaborate cross-departmentally with the sales and front office teams to create promotional content and support key initiatives. Monitor trends in digital marketing and hospitality to ensure Marlin stays ahead of competitors. Help maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints. Support influencer and PR campaigns by coordinating content briefs and liaising with external creators when needed.
