Marketing & Content Manager

who can take the reins of our in-house marketing operation and lead it forward daily. This is your chance to make a real difference, shape our voice, build our presence, and have fun doing it.

What You'll Do

Own and execute all marketing activities for Vanilla Circus Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms Design, create and post across all social media channels Plan, script, and help produce engaging video and visual content Run and optimise paid ads across Facebook and Google Create simple, effective lead-gen campaigns and funnels Track performance and tweak strategies to improve ROI Work with our client-facing team to align messaging and brand Create offers, update our websites, produce leaflets - anything you think that will help us generate business

What You Bring

2+ years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house) Strong skills in social media, content creation, and advertising A "get things done" attitude - we need someone proactive and self-sufficient Confidence using tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms Creative brain and analytical mindset - you can think big and get into the data Great writing skills and a good visual eye A natural feel for tone, branding, and engagement

Bonus Points If You Have

Video editing or production experience (even basic) Experience in lead generation or working with sales funnels A background in creative writing, copywriting or branding Experience in growing social media channels or increasing conversions
