We're now looking for a detail-driven Marketing Content QA & Proofreader to help maintain quality and consistency across everything we publish on our blog, website and socials media channels.
Role summary
You'll be the final pair of eyes before content goes live, checking accuracy, layout, and tone across event listings, articles, newsletters, and landing pages. This role is ideal for someone who loves precision, has a good marketing eye, spots small details others miss, and takes pride in making sure everything is accurate, consistent, and beautifully presented.
What you'll do
Review event listings to ensure all details are accurate, complete, and well-presented.
Source or suggest higher-quality images and improved descriptions for better engagement.
Proofread and edit marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
Upload and format content, ensuring links, layouts, and branding are consistent.
Maintain Loopla's tone of voice and visual style across all materials.
Review new website or design pages before launch, checking visuals, layout, and functionality.
Draft or refine short pieces of marketing copy for pages and promotions.
Skills & experience
Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
Experience creating or proofreading marketing materials for brands.
Confident editing and formatting content for digital platforms.
Familiar with CMS or publishing tools (e.g. WordPress, Notion, or Webflow).
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
