The role

As a Marketing Coordinator you will support and deliver marketing activities as required for the region, which could involve activities for the Marine or Land business lines including PR, social media activities, event management and creation of marketing materials.

You will have regular interaction with Business Line Directors and Service Line Managers, the Business Development Team and Global and Regional Communications Team to deliver the Regional Marketing strategy.

A key aspect is to develop (social media) content for UK and regional projects to support the team with the development of messages to external stakeholders and you develop creative concepts for communication programs.

You will help plan and attend events including logistics, in coordination with the UK Marketing Manager and Regional Events Manager. Coordinate local Fugro sponsored events to help Business Development Managers elevate client intimacy and support our social values

Support with the preparation of videos and interactive material in coordination with the UK and Regional Marketing Managers, following the agreed process and in line with best practice. Provide support with the creation, update and ownership of presentations, flyers, infographics and photographs, ensuring they are on-brand and are HSSE compliant. Ensure database (Canto) is maintained of all regional flyers in coordination with local teams and UK Marketing Manager. Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and ensure regular communication to ensure all stakeholders are up to date with the progress of marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Coordinator you get excited about writing and creating content. You will have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or associated discipline ideally.

The successful applicant with have demonstrable excellent attention to detail, with experience in digital and email marketing Entrepreneurial. You will be inquisitive, confident with excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Ability to work well alongside peers, colleagues and partners to impact positively on marketing performance. Ability to persuade and negotiate.

Connects with internal and external stakeholders with positive impact, provides energy and demonstrates, passion, trust and respect. Proven ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with a range of people internally and externally in order to promote Fugro services and gather information. Client Oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed the expectations of external and internal customers to support business .Competent and professional interactions with clients over email and face to face Innovating Forward thinking with a creative mindset, open to change and new ways of working. Takes ownership and initiative, acts with confidence and works under own direction. Can make prompt and clear decisions.
