Description



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator Apprentice to join a forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in marketing, who shows strong potential and is eager to learn and grow across a broad range of marketing disciplines.

This role will involve:

External comms (email campaigns, social media, PR) (50%)

End-to-end email campaign management, working alongside the CRM Executive, including building email campaigns in HubSpot, creating email content and producing insights for campaign reports. Working closely with the CRM Executive to ensure accurate reporting across the marketing and commercial teams, and using the results to evaluate and inform future marketing campaigns. Maintaining and growing our social media accounts, including planning and scheduling posts and thinking of ideas to grow and improve our following. Contributing to production of marketing content, including social posts, articles, videos, slides for industry events, etc.

Events (30%)

Events support, assisting with logistical arrangements, planning attendance and materials and liaising with venues and suppliers. Events admin and overall project planning.

Internal comms (10%)

Planning and creating internal communications such as the internal newsletter and other ad-hoc announcements and managing the SharePoint site.

Marketing admin (10%)

Supporting the Content Manager and Head of Marketing with any ad-hoc admin and marketing tasks as needed, such as organising meetings, liaising with agencies and partners and drafting content.

Entry requirements

A minimum of Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths. No prior work experience required. A genuine interest in marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow. Confident writing skills across various channels and media, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences. A creative mindset, with an enthusiasm for developing marketing tactics and campaigns. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on campaign performance data. A growth mindset and a flexible, agile approach to work. Familiarity with HubSpot is desirable but not essential.

Training to be provided



You will undertake the groundbreaking Apprentify Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, tutored by industry experts.



This programme provides a comprehensive foundation in modern marketing. You will develop a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, from strategy development and market research to customer journey mapping and build branding. You'll learn to create effective marketing campaigns across various channels, measuring and optimising performance through data-driven insights as well as hands-on experience in content creation, design, and campaign management.

Key learning outcomes:

Master quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Identify and target specific customer segments for maximum impact. Develop effective copywriting and creative content. Learn the customer journey and deliver exceptional CX across channels. Build a strong brand identity. Measure and optimise marketing performance.

12 months plus End Point Assessment
