About the Job:
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandise and Collateral Management
Working closely with the SVP and Senior Marketing Manager to develop new merchandise for the brand.
Manage and track the distribution of the supply of merchandise items to business partners and sponsored riders.
Sponsored Riders
Support the management of the sponsored riders including administrating contracts and liaising with sales team and riders as required.
Photography
Support the development of photoshoots including scheduling, briefing and contracts.
Social Media
Support the Social Media Manager with content development and posting.
Campaigns
Support the Senior Marketing Manager with campaign development including assisting with briefs, working with the social media manager and helping to brief the sales and commercial team.
CRM
Managing the B2B and B2C database including growing the database.
Developing and scheduling e-shots, as and when required.
Trade Shows and Events
Supporting the sales team at trade shows and industry events.
CSM
Updating the website as and when required.
Creative Development
Working with the graphic designer or creative agency to amend and develop collaterals as required.
General Admin
Own the general administration of the team including assisting with finance, suppliers and other ad hoc tasks.
Assist with the development of the monthly report.
You will need:
Degree level education, or equivalent marketing work experience
Experience with tools like Mail Chimp and Canva would be advantageous.
The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
A full driving licence
Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Desirable skills:
An understanding of the equestrian industry and knowledge of the management of horses
Remuneration:
Salary dependent on experience.
22 days holiday per year (rising to 25 days with service) plus bank holidays.
