Marketing Co Ordinator

Job Description

This is a hybrid role that sits within the Marketing team while working closely across the wider business, including dispatch, studio and goods-in. It's ideal for someone who wants to understand how a brand operates end-to-end and use those insights to create stronger, more authentic marketing.

You'll be hands-on with content, email marketing and brand communications, while also spending time embedded in other departments to gain a full understanding of our products, customers and operations. This cross-functional exposure is a key part of the role and will directly inform the marketing output

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social Media



Work closely with the marketing team to plan and deliver day-to-day content across all social channels, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram Create content informed by what's happening across the business - from new stock arrivals and dispatch days to in-store moments and behind-the-scenes activity Support content capture across departments (studio, shop floor, dispatch) to bring the brand to life This role requires flexibility beyond a typical 9-5, including availability on weekends for social media posting and scheduling when needed

Brand & Copywriting



Represent the brand consistently across all written communication Maintain tone of voice across social, email, website and internal-facing content Write clear, engaging copy that reflects the day-to-day reality of the business and resonates with customers Lead email marketing activity, including building, scheduling and sending campaigns to subscribersCreate engaging email content and subject lines, and design visually appealing emails

Insights & Reporting



Share insights with the wider team weekly to inform future content and marketing decisions Continuously improve best practices by monitoring key metrics and learning what performs best

Cross-Business Collaboration



Spend time working across different areas of the business (e.g. dispatch, goods-in, studio) to understand operations, team workflows and customer experience Use learnings from each department to inform marketing ideas, content and storytellingBuild strong working relationships across teams and act as a connector between marketing and operations

Other



Support the planning and delivery of company events and key brand moments Assist with ad-hoc projects across the business as needed

About You



You're highly organised, self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities You have experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on content creation, copywriting, email marketing and insights You're excited by the idea of working across different departments You have experience building and managing email marketing campaigns You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail You understand best practices across social media platforms and enjoy staying up to date You're hands-on, curious, and proactive with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn You have at least 1+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, social media tools and analytics is essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
