You will play a key role in
building relationships with local institutions
, promoting our services to the public, and supporting the visibility of Orcone Care in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Promote Orcone Care's care services, Skills Centre, and training programmes to the public and professionals
Build and maintain relationships with relevant
external institutions
such as
local councils, NHS trusts, care charities, community groups, and training providers
Represent Orcone Care at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach meetings
Distribute promotional materials in the community and to referral partners
Work closely with the internal team to coordinate campaigns, recruitment events, and open days
Support communication with potential partners, funders, and stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person visits
Maintain organised records of outreach efforts, contacts, and follow-ups
Experience and Skills Required
Previous experience in marketing, outreach, engagement, or partnership roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional when speaking with public sector and charity organisations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the organisation externally
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with care or community-based services is desirable but not essential
