The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering both digital and physical marketing activity to support business growth and enhance customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining an effective sales pipeline, driving brand engagement, and ensuring that all new and existing customers receive a professional and positive impression of the business. This position combines content creation, campaign delivery, data analysis, and process coordination to support long-term commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Deliver both digital and traditional marketing activity.
Maintain and grow the company website, including regular blog posts, case studies, and content updates.
Write engaging and persuasive content for press releases, digital channels, and direct marketing campaigns.
Maximise search engine optimisation (SEO) through informed language use, keyword integration, file naming, image optimisation, and data-driven improvements.
Create content and imagery for the website, print materials, and industry publications.
Post across social media platforms in line with the wider marketing plan and social media strategy.
Analyse and present website performance data to support sales growth.
Develop and implement a structured social media content plan.
Attend networking events where relevant to support business growth.
Design, write, edit, and distribute the internal company newsletter.
Maintain the sales database to enable effective marketing communication and ensure data accuracy.
Conduct market research and gather intelligence on current and prospective customers, as well as sector trends.
Process & Efficiency
Streamline reporting and weekly meeting handovers to the Business Development Manager.
Follow best practice standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across workload.
Reflect on and adapt to team and customer feedback.
Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Uphold excellent grammar and organisational standards at all times.
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and decision-making ability in line with best practice.
Act as a point of contact for customers in the absence of surveyors or the Business Development Manager, ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
