We're Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Design-Focused Role)

About the Role:

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping and sharing our brand. This is a hands-on, creative role with a wide variety of responsibilities:

Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Create engaging content for website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and more Maintain and update website content, ensure SEO best practices, and produce performance reports Manage CRM system and support lead generation and nurturing activities Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and customer site visits to create content and support visibility Capture and edit photography, video, and aerial drone footage (Full training provided) Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or design-based role Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management Extensive experience in in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and try new tools (e.g. drone content, video editing)

Desired Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with website maintenance, SEO, and analytics/reporting tools Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Design, or a related field
