Marketing Co-ordinator

. Once you've settled into the role there is the exciting opportunity to combine the marketing role with a customer account role and support our business development team.

In this hybrid position, your initial focus will be on supporting and executing marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. As you become familiar with our products, customers, and culture, you'll gradually take on customer account support activities, for smaller existing accounts and new accounts that have been generated as a result of the marketing campaigns that you have created --building long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

What you will be doing



Prepare branded content including presentations, brochures, case studies, and web content Coordinate company participation at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events--representing Insensys as needed Conduct basic market research on trends, customer insights, and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, engaging proposals and marketing materials Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing prompt, professional communication Support business development activities, scheduling meetings, and researching prospects Build strong relationships with customers through email, phone, online platforms, and in-person events Support a positive onboarding experience for new customers and help improve internal processes

What you will bring



Experience in customer account support activities and/or marketing coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Background in STEM subjects or experience in a relevant Industrial background Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems A proactive, solution-focused approach with commercial awareness Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions Professional, approachable, and confident in customer-facing situations

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
