Marketing Coordinator
K2 Corporate Mobility is a leading B2B provider of comprehensive global mobility services to multi-national companies relocating their most valued employees. We manage and broker services through our global partner network and operate as a true business partner - an extension of our clients' HR functions. We uniquely provide genuine single point of contact accountability for HR teams and assignees throughout the international relocation process.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator based in Guildford reporting to our Marketing Communications Manager
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team in delivering engaging campaigns, managing projects, and maintaining consistent brand communication across all channels. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives, from digital content creation and events to analytics and strategic planning, while collaborating with our global hubs.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, organised, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Main duties and responsibilities
Campaign & Content Management

• Support the Marketing team with planning, creating and executing projects and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proofread and edit marketing and company content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure regular delivery of optimised, high-quality content.
• Support the creation of marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, videos, and sales materials.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns and events efficiently.
• Assist with organisation and management of events, webinars, and internal activities.
• Ownership of the inbound marketing support request process.

Brand & Communications

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Support internal communications and assist with documentation, templates, and branded materials.
• Champion the K2 brand across all touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Use data insights to optimise future campaigns and content strategies.
• Support data collection and analytics for website, social media, and email marketing.

CRM & Tools Management

• Assist with the administration of HubSpot CRM and other marketing platforms.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, asset libraries, and documentation.

Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge

• Excellent communicator - confident, personable, and professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong writing skills - able to craft clear, engaging, and accurate content.
• Highly organised - this cannot be taught!
• Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new tools.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven.
• (Desirable) Knowledge or experience in Global Mobility.

• Marketing experience either, in-house or agency role is desirable.
