Island Escapes is a holiday lettings agency on the Isle of Man, and the sister brand of Classic Cottages. We market a curated collection of properties across the island, combining cottages full of charm with the Isle of Man's very best views and locations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our multi-brand Marketing team at our head office in Hayle, Cornwall, on a full-time basis. This role will be focused on marketing strategies for Island Escapes.

Responsibilities will include:?

Working with the Digital Marketing team to identify and execute techniques to increase brand awareness and presence of Island Escapes across channels including social media, email, and organic. Making regular visits to the island and liaising daily with the Island Escapes team to discuss updates and marketing activities. Crafting written and visual content for marketing channels, ensuring tone and brand guidelines are maintained. Contributing compelling commercial and informational web content that meets SEO requirements. Researching and outreach to digital publications and influencers to drive PR and SEO campaigns, including organising press trips at properties. Organising property and area content with photographers and videographers. Collaborating with Visit Isle of Man and other local stakeholders in relation to joint marketing initiatives and campaigns. Preparing and presenting regular reports to the wider marketing and island teams.

What we expect:?

Preferably educated to degree level. Minimum 2+ years web and marketing experience. An individual with a passion for digital marketing and strong understanding of the marketing industry. A proactive approach to multi-channel marketing and driving results. Experience working in a multi-brand setting would be advantageous.
