We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us create impactful marketing campaigns in partnership with our vendors.

As a Marketing Coordinator at Buy It Direct, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for originating, managing, and executing joint marketing plans with our vendors. Your primary focus will be on coordinating marketing campaigns related to manufacturer\'s products and categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the promotional calendar, planning, organising, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels in alignment with the promo calendar.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with our manufacturers, serving as their primary point of contact for coordinating campaigns and assets.
• Engage in monthly meetings with our manufacturers to provide updates on campaign progress and gather feedback.
• Work closely with the wider marketing department to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Generate monthly reports showing the performance of campaigns across various platforms, including our websites, social media, Google, and PR campaigns.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, producing ROI packs for our manufacturers.
• Collaborate with designers to plan and specify design work in alignment with manufacturer\'s expectations.
• Keep key stakeholders up to date on promotions and campaign objectives and outcomes.
• Continuously seek ways to improve marketing strategies and enhance overall efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a marketing role.
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field would be advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and confident.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good level of proficiency in various IT tools.
