Verona is the UK's leading distributor of tiles, supplying independent and national retailers, architects, specifiers and housebuilders. Products are sourced from around the world to ensure we offer our customers the very best ranges at competitive prices, and we pride ourselves in offering innovative display solutions and marketing support as well as the latest design trends. We are based in new offices at Thorpe Park in Leeds, with good transport links and retail and leisure facilities on the doorstep. We now have a vacancy for a Marketing Co-ordinator to help us manage the marketing workload, starting in January 2026.

Job Purpose



The role will encompass all elements of B2B marketing within the tiles and flooring industry, across all sectors - retail, architectural and housebuilders. The successful candidate will co-ordinate marketing activities including internal and external communications, literature, photography, exhibitions, websites and point of sale material.

Role & Responsibilities



1. Liaise with external agencies, including designers, printers and photographers, to develop branding, advertising, packaging, photography, display stands and POS as appropriate

2. Proofread marketing materials before they are distributed or sent to print.

3. Write copy for POS, newsletters, literature, emails and social media.

4. Under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer, create artwork for point of sale material, adverts, brochures and flyers using Adobe InDesign, working to specific templates and brand guidelines.

5. Create launch packs and internal briefing documents for new product ranges.

6. Manage customer databases, mailing lists and stockist locators.

7. Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Exec to ensure our websites and social media channels are kept up to date with the latest product information and content.

8. Manage the Verona image library, ensuring it is always up to date with product shots and roomsets for current ranges.

9. Assist in the organisation and delivery of exhibitions and customer conferences.

10. Carry out market research and analysis to identify opportunities, spot interior design trends, track competitor activity and guide market pricing.

11. Assist the Marketing and Commercial teams with range reviews, product development and customer presentations.

12. Ensure the showroom and meeting rooms are presentable and up to date.

13. Provide general administration support to the Marketing team.

14. Undertake any other tasks as reasonably required by the Marketing Director or designated authority.

15. Ensure and promote compliance with all health and safety, quality and human resource policies of Verona.

4 days in the office, 1 day work from home
