Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Contract: Temporary 9 months FTC
Location : Leeds with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30am - 17:00pm and Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm
We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing professional to support the development and delivery of engaging campaigns for our business.
Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and coordinating updates to product marketing records including images, data sheets, websites, and PIM database.
  • Processing webshop account requests, supporting users, and devising and conducting campaigns to promote webshop sales
  • Coordinating marketing correspondence and requests received through shared inbox
  • Assisting in managing social media accounts by creating content to expand reach and engagement, scheduling posts and monitoring analytics
  • Developing, creating, and editing marketing content including images, graphics, and videos for use on relevant marketing channels
  • Drafting or proofreading copy for various communications including blogs, case studies, news articles, and internal updates
  • Coordinating email marketing campaigns, including managing mailing lists and reviewing analytics
  • Taking a key role in promoting and maintaining consistent brand standards throughout the business including applying Lindab branding to various applications as required
  • Updating and maintaining product data sheets, and website catalogue based on information provided by product management and Master Data teams
  • Updating pdf and Excel price lists as required for price increases
  • Assisting with processing of data and information for sustainability reporting
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and merchandise
  • Contributing to planning, executing, tracking, and reporting on marketing projects and activities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a marketing role
  • Relevant marketing or digital marketing qualifications
  • High level of written communication and organisation skills
  • Competence and familiarity with use of Microsoft Office, social media management, website editing, and design tools would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinating multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines
