About the Client:

This is a superb opportunity to join a boutique and successful finance firm based in the Mayfair. In this newly created role for the business, you will be supporting a team of Investment Professionals with a range of tasks.

About the Marketing Coordinator role:

This position will offer exposure and involvement across the business and interaction across the team as well as some clients. It really is requiring a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of a role. Duties include:

Roadshow Co-ordination

• Organising complex travel itineraries including flights, hotels and ground transport
• Confirming meeting and locations with clients/investors
• Liaising with clients over production and delivery of presentations and marketing materials

CRM / Information Management

• Maintain the Salesforce database (CRM system)
• Input information from meetings and calls in a highly accurate manner
• Prepare weekly client reports
• Research and updating Salesforce with market news/updates

General Administration

• Some diary management for Partners
• Supporting the Operations Manager where needed
• Dealing with incoming calls / visitors and service providers
• Organising office meeting rooms

Requirements:

• Prior administrative support experience in a busy and professional environment
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a personable manner
• Flexible to work in a small
