Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, UK&I the Brand & Online Marketing Coordinator will support in the delivery of the UK&I brand activation strategy across key moments with an aim to deliver awareness, reach and drive conversation for the UK&I business. An exciting role for a self-motivated beauty/hair obsessed individual who is keen to work in a dynamic & passionate marketing environment.


Through implementing, and executing effective, innovative, and ambitious marketing activities throughout the year, the Brand & Online Marketing Co-Ordinator will contribute to profitable growth & the delivery of financial targets for the UK and Ireland consumer channels.


''UK and Ireland'' is the largest and most developed markets for ghd. It is a critical territory for the sustainability of the brand at a global level. Consequently, the UK &I Brand & Online Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and maintaining market leading launches & coverage for ghd, achieved and executed with excellence leading best in class examples as a flagship market.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES



Go-to-market:




Support the Online Marketing team in achieving key business objectives and KPIs. Support the team in the planning and execution of campaigns in the UK&I market. Assist with the organisation and execution of brand events for both press and influencers Lead a selection of small-scale brand events alongside other key team members Responsible for end-to-end coordination of press mailings & brand send-outs, including compiling lists & organizing couriers. Management of PR mailing lists - keeping an up-to-date list of key contacts, friends of the brand & extended opportunities Key partner of PR agency, supporting with agency management & responsible for tracking product requests and call-ins from journalists & brand contacts Support with asset briefs to designers/studio & ad hoc asset support using Canva where required, across all Marketing channels

KPIs, Reporting & Market Intelligence:



Monitor & record monthly analytics for UK&I PR & eventing activity against set KPIs Responsible for Monthly Marketing reports - collating, reviewing with key stakeholders for alignment/approval & then sharing with broader team Work with key stakeholders on post-launch analysis, tracking launch rollouts & performance, with actionable insights Develop and review trend reports, summarising and sharing relevant findings with the broader team Analyse competition within the UK&I - conducting research and regularly upkeeping competitor reports

Budget & Administration Support:





Support with the creation of key presentations to UK&I leadership, EMEA & global teams as required Support with cupboard organization & stock management/reporting Support on tracking of monthly events & PR budget - including forecasting & tracking of spend PO raising, tracking & reporting - in line with monthly budget management

REQUIREMENTS





Graduate with 1 years' work experience in PR, preferably beauty PR. Demonstrate ownership and accountability, can give examples of taking measured risks to achieve results. Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing, determined to win, with a passion for the ghd brand, beauty, marketing, and all things hair. Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic individual with a positive attitude, "can do" approach and 'anything is possible' mindset An eye for detail and accuracy, proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment - flexible and able to work under pressure Confident communicating with internal & external stakeholders alike, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills coupled with an inclusive mindset, acting with transparency and integrity. Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis. Resilience and agile to the dynamic nature of the ever-changing market and business needs. Computer literate and proficiency with MS applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. * UK based with the ability to travel to UK/ROI without restrictions.
