As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you are responsible for marketing materials/information, customer communications, customer trips to producers, producer visit itineraries and supporting the execution of trade marketing and events.

Key responsibilities



Marketing support: support the Sales team with marketing requests, such as creating bespoke event and training booklets, and other materials as required Customer trips: liaise with the Portfolio team, producers, Sales teams and customers to lead the organisation of assigned trips for customers visiting producers Supplier visits: liaise with Buying and Brand Management teams to create itineraries for visiting producers to maximise commercial success Customer communications: work with various departments across the business to send customer updates, such as service updates, Fine Wine Lists and Price List updates Fact sheets: support product fact sheet creation for marketing materials and website, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, and accuracy of information Wine award entries: support Brand Management and producers with coordination of wine award entries for various competitions# Support other marketing initiatives to promote Liberty Wines and our producers to our customers

About you



Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills in written and spoken English is essential. French, Italian, or Spanish would be advantageous. Previous experience in a marketing, events or brand support role Previous experience in the wine trade working with both customers and producers is advantageous A good level of wine knowledge, ideally a minimum of WSET Level 3 Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat is advantageous Experience using Email marketing platforms is also beneficial (e.g Mailchimp)
