An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the MAC Cosmetics & Bobbi Brown Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team has arisen. This role is based in the Travel Retail EMEA Head Office in London, reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager of the brands.



This position supports the Regional Marketing Manager in the support and execution of Promotional Activities, Digital Campaigns, E-commerce and Events across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, targeting the global travelling consumer.



We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator, with a particular focus on Operations to streamline and optimize our marketing processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage marketing campaigns, data analysis, and technology integration. Your role involves ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for enhancement. With a focus on efficiency and scalability, you'll play a vital role in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining marketing technology systems. Below are key areas of responsibility:



Trade Marketing:



Lead the execution of New Product Launches (NPL), including tester and collateral distribution, in-store materials, and event assets. Manage and develop the promotional calendar and supporting collateral across all regions, ensuring alignment with planned activities. Track performance and compile results. Oversee the management of samples and GWPs across the region, while developing retail tactics tailored to occasions and promotional offerings. Handle inflight activities, including maintaining trackers, managing advertisements, coordinating new launches, and preparing required content & assets. Coordinate sampling processes, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching. Contribute to the creation of content and presentations for Sales Cycle Meetings, Retailer Meetings, and ad-hoc business needs. Support the flawless execution of new door openings with a 360 consumer engagement approach. Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze data.

Consumer Engagement:



Partner with Brand Marketing, VMSD, Sales, and Education teams to plan and execute 360 campaigns supporting regional events across the region, ensuring store teams are updated and feedback from Operations is gathered and analyzed. Act as the primary contact for eCommerce activities and monthly social/ digital initiatives with retail partners. Support the planning and execution of digital media campaigns and influencer initiatives, including briefing digital teams, preparing assets, aligning field teams, coordinating 360 campaigns, and conducting post-campaign analysis. Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (PR, eCommerce, VMSD, Finance, Sales, Education, and Lachen). Ensure all activities are delivered within budget.


The person is responsible for liaising across cross-functional departments with the Commercial, Education, Visual Merchandising and Worldwide teams. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to foster strong relationships, a strong communicator with advanced project management skills.

The successful candidate will:

Be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritize work effectively Be able to work independently when required but also thrives working as part of a team Be able to track, analyse, develop and provide feedback to Regional Marketing Manager based on campaign KPI's and deliverables and analytics. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal A marketing/ creative background is required as well as an understanding of the market and the industry Have demonstrable passion and interest in the beauty market especially makeup Project management skills are required along with the ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail Have a flexible and proactive approach is required Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel at intermediate level); SAP experience desirable Good commercial acumen and strong presentation skills. The ability to be proactive and consistently evaluate and improve processes is required to thrive in this role.


Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach. This role may require occasional travel within the EMEA region.
