We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will handle tasks like market research, content creation, campaign management, and event coordination, often working closely with the Commercial Director and UK Clinical Support Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring marketing efforts align with business goals and are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyse market trends, and assess competitor activities.
Content Creation:
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Event Coordination:
Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and monitor social media performance.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing marketing budgets and reconcile expenses.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on campaign performance, market research findings, and other relevant data.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with sales teams, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective marketing strategies.
Maintaining Marketing Materials:
Ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and consistent with brand guidelines.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and other relevant technologies
