Full-time | Bury/Whitefield / Greater Manchester | In-house Role



Salary:

24,000-30,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance bonuses

We are a modern private pharmacy and healthcare service offering weight management (GLP-1 injections), blood testing, specialist clinics, travel vaccines, and private prescriptions aswell Pharmacetical wholesale

. We are growing fast and looking for a results-driven marketer to build and coordinate our marketing function in-house.

Role Overview



We're looking for a creative and analytical Marketing & Growth Coordinator

to lead all marketing activities with a

fixed monthly budget

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both

content creation (social & video)

and

performance-driven lead generation

.

You will manage paid adverts, digital content, and patient funnels, working closely with our pharmacists and clinical team to attract and convert new patients. There will be a requirement to be on site with a potential for partly remote role.

Key Responsibilities



? Manage and optimise a set monthly marketing budget



? Work alongside existing developers and directors, bringing new ideas and fresh mindset to the current marketing arrangements.

? Create, manage and scale digital ad campaigns

(Meta, TikTok & Google)

? Plan and produce effective

short-form video content

(Reels/TikTok/Aesthetic Medical Content)

? Build and improve

lead funnels

using our existing tools and suggest new tools

? Track performance metrics (Cost Per Lead, Conversions, ROI)

? Write engaging copy for emails, ads, and social content

? Coordinate with external freelancers (video/edit/design) when relevant

? Support launch campaigns for services such as:

Weight-loss injections Private blood testing Travel clinic Specialist private pharmacy services
? Produce weekly performance reports and suggestions for improvement

Skills & Experience



Required:



Experience in digital marketing for a small business or clinic

Strong

social media content experience (Instagram/TikTok/Reels) Basic paid ads experience (Meta / Google / TikTok) Strong copywriting for ads and conversion content Comfortable tracking results and working to targets

Basic

design skills (e.g., Canva) Good communicator, proactive and organised

Desirable (not required, training provided):



Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, gyms, wellness, beauty, or private medical sectors Knowledge of CRM / automation tools (Airtable, Make.com, Mailchimp/Klaviyo) Experience reporting CPL/ROI metrics

Pay: 24,420.00-38,071.95 per year
