RenEnergy is on a mission to power a cleaner, smarter future - and we're looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our UK regional marketing efforts.

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll lead all marketing activity across digital, social and offline channels. Your work will generate leads, build brand trust and amplify our presence across segments such as commercial, industrial, agriculture, manufacturing and public sector. You will have a hands-on approach for delivery of marketing and a strategic eye on growth. You'll work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, manage external partners including our PR agency and shape how we show up in the market.

You'll report directly to the Internal Marketing Manager based in South Africa and the Managing Director in the UK to ensure everything aligns with our international standards and the unique dynamics of the UK market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with business development, HR and operations to ensure every brand interaction - external and internal - reflects our values of innovation, sustainability and excellence.

You will have the freedom to shape and grow the marketing function over time.

What You'll Do



Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Linkedin to build brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with the sales team to run targeted campaigns (email, paid ads, social) focused on demand generation and customer acquisition. Plan and manage exhibitions, open days and industry events to promote the brand and engage with potential clients. Coaching and coordinating all involved to ensure a successful event. Oversee updates to the website, landing pages, case studies and blogs that support SEO and sales funnel activity. Manage our external PR agency to ensure consistent, high-impact media coverage and brand storytelling for the company and our Managing Director. Drive automation, client experience and referral/retention marketing programmes. Support the leadership and HR team to deliver clear, engaging internal updates, announcements and team-wide communications. Work with the HR team to promote job opportunities, boost employer branding, and drive applicants through social media and digital campaigns to apply directly boosting traffic to the website. Create or support the design of branded materials for recruitment packs, welcome guides and onboarding experiences. Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external assets, from email footers and slide decks to uniforms and office signage. Develop quarterly marketing plans with clear goals, budgets and ROI measures. Work closely with sales, operations and the Heads of Department to align messaging and support business goals. Track marketing performance and campaign ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho and social insights. Develop or manage the creation of brochures, proposals, pitch decks and branded materials.

What You Bring



5+ years of preferably B2B marketing experience ideally in renewables, energy, tech, or construction. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, especially social media, content, and lead generation. Experience managing agencies and third-party suppliers (e.g. PR, design). Excellent communication skills - written, visual, and verbal. A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance. Experience planning and running events (desirable). Passion for sustainability and renewable energy (a big plus!).
