Skin Within Aesthetics operates from Bournemouth, Dorset and is the first UK franchise model focused on the rapidly developing world of non-surgical aesthetics. Providing a wide range of treatments and products to our patients through the services of the medical professionals we recruit, specifically nurses, dentists, pharmacists and doctors. We're looking for a

highly motivated Marketing Co-Ordinator

next generation of franchise partners.

for all our marketing activities. From sorting business cards to social media, using canva to using Adobe working with our current marketing team to ensure our franchisees receive the best support possible.

Key Responsibilities

Content

:

Planning, managing and executing SWA's content calendar. This will include creating thought leadership content with SWA's inclusive industry specialists, clients and partners and communicating this content through the website and social media channels.

Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and aesthetics.

Marketing Campaigns/PR:

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, print, and retail activations.

Manage influencer and UGC (user-generated content) marketing programmes, building partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Support PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and event planning.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

Print:

Plan, manage and execute any print requests (flyers, business cards etc) for both SWA Head Office and Franchisees.

Lead Generation:

Generating leads through sales collateral creation - Coordinate external agencies (digital, branding etc) to create a set of sales collateral to better communicate SWA's service offer. This could include creation of short videos communicating SWA's services and impact, case studies and creating a monthly newsletter to database etc.

Using our existing database to regularly email / message potential franchisees with useful updates and news

Relationship Building:

Build meaningful relationships with prospective franchise partners by understanding their

goals and

motivations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the

Directors and

executive team to optimise the

franchise recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for all prospects.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

Experience of growing impactful B2B brands with B2C knowledge

Experience working with trade partners, affiliates or franchisees to drive business growth, preferably in a bricks and mortar business model.

Excellent communication

and

copy writing skills

with attention to detail and an eye for beautiful graphics and design

Strong digital experience

and knowledge of SEO, Adobe, Canva Wordpress, CMS

Ability to multitask

and undertake work across several tasks at the same time, previous

experience of managing projects is key

Microsoft office, database management, video editing and/or website experience
