About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that fuel our brand awareness, lead generation, and sales performance. Working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will turn marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll help shape large-scale, long-term propositions that support our commercial goals and ambitious growth roadmap.

What you will need...

You're a creative thinker and a hands-on doer, with at least a couple years of experience in an operational marketing role. Ready to drive campaigns that deliver real results, you'll take the lead in planning and executing initiatives that align with our business goals. Crafting compelling content and using data-driven insights, you'll continuously elevate performance.

You're a digital marketing expert, with a strong history of building successful online campaigns, and you know how to bring out the best in external marketing providers. As the voice of our brand, you'll manage and refresh our websites and social media channels, ensuring we're always engaging, consistent, and on-message. From blog posts to social stories, your content will connect with the right people at the right time.

Brand consistency is your mantra, you ensure every asset, post, and promotion reflects who we are and what we stand for. Whether communicating with internal teams or stakeholders, you've got the ability to simplify complex ideas and keep everyone informed and inspired.

Collaborating with the sales team, you'll design impactful materials that convert interest into action. Whether it's a trade show, webinar, or a new campaign launch, you'll bring our products and services to life and make sure every lead is followed up.

You're a self-starter, with a passion for getting things done and a genuine drive to achieve success. Your ability to take ownership of your workload and communicate realistic timescales ensures that projects stay on track. With great attention to detail and a love for numbers, you're always thinking on your feet, solving problems as you go.

You'll dig into market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs, turning insights into strategic moves that keep Indigo Networks ahead of the curve. Your collaborative mindset and confidence in building relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners will help you thrive. You're the kind of person who takes initiative, asks the right questions, and always looks for ways to go above and beyond.
