Circa 25,000 per annum

Hours:

37 hours per week

We are on the lookout for a dynamic marketing professional to join our sales team.

You will help the team to promote and publicise housing schemes to allow Coastline to provide affordable home ownership quickly to those that need it and will be responsible for all of the sales and development teams marketing and social media content.

And did we mention the team drone?! The post holder will be trained to use the drone for marketing purposes and to check that conveyance plans are correct on our sites.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within budget parameters and confident with basic financial calculations and a good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods. You will also have knowledge of marketing techniques and principles and experience of promoting and organising events and a thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.

A full driving licence, access to a vehicle and a satisfactory basic DBS check are essential for this role.
