Descripcion
The Marketing Asset Coordinator will work directly with the SVP of Marketing, North America on the GB Marketing team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of marketing collateral and sales support. They will work to elevate the GB brand and set our sales team up for success by creating, refining, and delivering impactful, on-brand, and on-message market-facing assets.
The ideal candidate will be expected to be incredibly well-organized, deadline-focused, and have an impeccable eye for quality and detail. This person will be a champion for the Gallagher Bassett brand and help ensure consistently on-brand and on-message communications and collateral. They will create sales and marketing presentations for use with clients and prospects, collateral (flyers, brochures, infographics, videos, social media graphics), and marketing campaign materials (email graphics, dashboards, event marketing materials, whitepaper/thought leadership designs, etc.).
The key priorities in the first 30-60 days for the Marketing Asset Coordinator will be to work with the key members of the GB Marketing team to get a full understanding of scope of work and learn the business through key stakeholders. They will build a working knowledge of the GB brand, our experts, and our solutions, so they can identify when collateral is not on brand and implement Brand Guidelines across various asset types.

Create and edit sales and marketing presentations, ensuring brand compliance
Create and edit marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, infographics, videos, etc.), ensuring brand compliance
Assist with marketing content projects, including the design and development of thought leadership and white papers, email campaigns, event marketing materials, etc.
Support the organization, categorization, and management of our asset/collateral database, Accent Technologies
Collaborate and assist the Sales and Marketing Asset Manager, designers, and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency on collateral
Quality Assurance and zero defect on projects
Maintain graphics database for version control including graphic requests, graphic logs, in addition to evaluating database for ways to improve
Communicate status of projects/programs details upon being asked
Archive all support materials (e.g., rounds of layouts, feedback, artwork/photography, fonts) and final packaging of artwork files on the shared server within the department's established saving convention
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards for all product marketing assets

Skills for Graphic Projects:
Proficiency in graphic design programs, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Understanding of brand guidelines and other regulatory guidelines around stock image usage
Must be able to work independently managing deadlines
Project Management skills
* Strong communications with internal clients, vendors, and agency partners (as well as any external graphic support resources)
