Marketing Coordinator

(Up to 50 hours per month virtually, contract role)

The Association for Coaching (AC), one of the leading global professional coaching bodies, is looking for a dynamic, experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate with be detail-oriented, creative and passionate about driving brand awareness and member engagement across multiple channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and versatile marketing professional to make a real impact.

As part of our marketing team, you'll work across the entire AC, supporting both local regional initiatives and global campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our regional and central leadership teams, as well as our web development and business support teams, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across our international membership base.

We're looking for an organized and creative marketing professional who brings passion for content and brand development, along with genuine enthusiasm for being part of an innovative team that's shaping the future of the coaching profession.

You'll be hands-on from day one and able to demonstrate a successful track record in the following key areas:

Activities

Campaign Support & Execution:



Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Manage project plans and timelines

Support content creation for social media, email marketing, website and other promotional materials

Coordinate with marketing team colleagues, internal and external stakeholders

Track campaign performances and prepare regular reports

Content & Communications:



Create and maintain engaging contents for publication adverts, blog posts, social media content and other marketing materials in line with the AC's tone of voice

Support email marketing campaigns from content creation to analysis

Support social media accounts and engage with online communities

Coordinate advert submissions for the Association for Coaching's flagship publication - Coaching Perspectives magazine

Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Event & Project Coordination:



Work with teams from across the regions and membership pillars to support planning and promotion of conferences, webinars and in-person events

Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables meet deadlines and track budgets

Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes

Administrative and Analytical Support



Prepare marketing reports and presentations

Support budget tracking and vendor management

Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Support the maintenance of marketing databases and CRM system

Requirements

A strong marketing background with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in related roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Set up as a self-employed contractor or limited company

Essential

Experience of working in a professional membership body and/or non-profit organization

Experience of supporting marketing functions in growing international business

Rate and Hours

Dependent on experience the hourly rate will be between

20- 22 per hour

, estimated to be 40-50 hours per month. This is a contract role, which can be based anywhere in the world.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 20.00-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 13 per week

Work Location: Remote
