The Role
We're looking for a versatile
Marketing Coordinator & Designer
to join our Bristol team and take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities across both Dustquip and Impellr.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role for someone equally comfortable designing brochures and decals in Adobe Illustrator as they are managing e-shots, updating Webflow pages, or coordinating a trade show.
You'll be instrumental in shaping how our brands look, feel, and communicate -- from the digital experience to real-world customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
Design
brochures, flyers, datasheets, adverts, and presentations
using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Create and manage
product decals, stickers, and label designs
for pumps and equipment
Produce
event graphics, signage, and merchandise
for trade shows and exhibitions
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Assist with
website design and updates
using
Webflow
Marketing Coordination
Plan and deliver
email campaigns and e-shots
via
Mailchimp
Support campaign planning and execution across both brands
Manage and cleanse
CRM data (Pipedrive)
to support sales and marketing alignment
Organise
events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate production and logistics for
uniforms, merchandise, and printed collateral
Support social media and digital content creation
General
Liaise with suppliers, printers, and partners to deliver marketing outputs on time and to spec
Report on campaign activity and help track marketing effectiveness
Work closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
(Photoshop a plus)
Experience designing for both
print and digital
environments
Working knowledge of
Mailchimp
or similar email platforms
Familiarity with
Pipedrive CRM
and data management
Experience with
Webflow
or similar website builders
Excellent organisation skills and a proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Interest or experience in
industrial, engineering, or B2B marketing
