As an Appointed Representative (AR) network, MBN serves as a central hub for individual brokers and firms, providing the infrastructure and expertise they need to operate effectively, compliantly, and successfully within the commercial finance sector.
We are seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This role is ideal for candidates with practical marketing experience who are looking to develop their career further. As our Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Director across a range of marketing and operational activities, including the delivery of marketing campaigns, managing communications, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our organisation. Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for managing the company's social media channels -- building engagement, followers, and subscribers in line with growth objectives.
Assist with website development, design, and ongoing maintenance.
Monitor and report on website traffic, performance, and source analytics.
Create and publish regular blog content to maintain strong search engine optimisation (SEO) performance.
Gather and produce case studies for use in marketing and communications.
Manage the legal and onboarding web pages for network members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns in line with communication and sales strategies, including:
Regular "keep-in-contact" emails to the existing database
Monthly lead-generation campaigns
Quarterly newsletters to the wider network
Oversee print and marketing materials coordination, including vendor management, print orders, branded clothing, and related items -- ensuring consistency in brand presentation and quality.
Manage Appointed Representative (AR) marketing packages, including digital audits, monthly emails, social media content, blogs, and case studies.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Qualification in, or working towards, a Marketing-related subject or equivalent.
Practical or classroom experience in marketing.
Familiarity with e-marketing platforms, such as MailChimp, and content management systems, such as WordPress.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
