A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join an established fashion retailer and corporate clothing specialist based in Wakefield. This family-owned business contains two divisions, one that is a leading men's shirt retailer and the other being a key supplier of workwear to sectors such as the Emergency Services. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing in delivering engaging campaigns both online and in-store.
Role Summary:
This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone with experience within a similar role who is ready for a new challenge. We are looking for a full mix candidate who is passionate about fashion and marketing. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing across both digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and in-store POS. From assisting with major photo shoots to producing impactful visuals and customer communications, this role requires someone proactive, creative, and highly organised.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Social Media
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Capture high-quality and editing photos and videos for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance and support audience growth strategies.
Designing and creating website banners and graphics
Email Marketing
Design and send customer emails via
Dotdigital.
Assist with segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
Support CRM initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
Offline & In-Store Marketing
Create POS and in-store marketing collateral.
Work with store teams to ensure brand consistency across physical locations.
Support with campaign rollouts and seasonal promotional materials.
Manage and seek out PR opportunities for the business.
Campaign Support
Support large-scale fashion photo shoots and behind-the-scenes content.
Collaborate with external photographers, stylists, and influencers.
Manage creative assets and campaign planning documents.
Requirements:
A strong interest in men's fashion and current style trends
Two years' experience within a similar role.
Confident using a camera to take clear, aesthetic photos for digital channels.
Creative flair and a keen eye for branding and visual presentation
Experience with Dotdigital (or similar email platforms)
Strong written skills for crafting captions, email copy, and promotional content
Ability to create graphics and POS using design tools (e.g., Canva, photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
Able to work independently and use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
