We're hiring a creative writer who can bring humor, personality, and originality to short-form social media content. You'll be crafting scroll-stopping captions, punchy scripts, and creative concepts built to spark reactions, engagement, and shares.

Your writing will help define the tone of several influencer-style brands, and you'll get access to the same frameworks and techniques used to consistently generate viral content online.

Your responsibilities:

Write engaging scripts and captions for short-form video content. Brainstorm and research trends, topics, and new content ideas. Develop strong hooks that catch attention in the first few seconds. Monitor how posts perform and adjust your approach accordingly. Study our internal resources to master our tone, pacing, and style.

Who we're looking for:

Experience writing creative copy, captions, or short-form scripts. A good sense of humor and the ability to write slightly edgy or mature content. Strong English skills and awareness of U.S. pop culture and internet trends. Adaptable writing voice and eagerness to learn quickly. Open to feedback and consistently improving your craft. Can write in different tones to match different online personalities.

Pay & Growth Structure:

Training Period (First 2-4 weeks)

Learn our systems, workflows, and content style.

Compensation:

$2,500 USD/month during training.

Phase 1 (After Training)

Begin handling content independently after meeting training goals.

Compensation:

$3,500 USD/month based on performance.

Phase 2 (Advanced Role)

Opportunity for promotion into higher responsibility once reliability and quality are proven.

Compensation:

$5,000+/month + bonuses.
Performance determines progression -- the more consistent and creative you are, the faster you grow.
