Oakleaf Forestry Ltd is a high-performing, fast-moving forestry machinery business supplying premium brands and building our own growing product range. We're looking for an

experienced, switched-on Marketing & Creative Executive

who can take ownership of our marketing output from day one.

This is a

hands-on, creative, commercially focused role

What You'll Be Doing; Creative & Marketing

Designing

ads, brochures, magazine layouts

, and promotional materials Creating

video, photo, and graphic content

for our brands Managing

social media

(content creation, posting, scheduling, engagement) Producing

Mailchimp campaigns

, landing pages, and customer comms Maintaining and updating the

company website

(WordPress/Wix/Shopify/etc.) Managing

SEO, Google Ads, analytics

, and basic digital optimisation Creating product listings and managing classified ads on key industry sites Helping shape

brand voice, visual identity, and content strategy

General Business Support

Reception duties when needed: phones, visitors, basic admin Supporting the sales team with documents, images, adverts, and follow-ups Helping keep marketing materials, price lists, and brochures current Event and show support (arranging materials, displays, logistics)
If you like switching between design, content creation, real-world marketing tasks and some day-to-day admin, you'll love this role.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

Experienced

-- ideally 2-5 years in marketing, design, or similar

Creative

-- confident with Canva/Photoshop/InDesign (or similar tools)

Tech-capable

-- comfortable with websites, Mailchimp, Google tools

Organised

-- can juggle multiple projects without dropping balls

Commercial

-- understands deadlines, pace, and business priorities

Proactive

-- doesn't wait to be asked, brings ideas, takes ownership

A doer

-- someone who executes quickly, not someone who hesitates
This is

an apprentice role.
