Ethos Farm are recruiting a temporary Marketing & CRM Assistant to support our client at Westfield London. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, customer experience, and loyalty programmes, who can hit the ground running and support a fast-paced, customer-focused marketing team.
You'll be responsible for assisting in the delivery of key digital, CRM, and loyalty initiatives that enhance the Westfield Club customer experience, drive engagement, and support overall marketing campaigns both online and in-centre.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & CRM
Support the CRM and digital marketing team in enhancing the Westfield Club loyalty programme
Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly customer newsletters and paid email campaigns
Help maintain customer engagement and awareness through targeted digital communications
Contribute to improving tone of voice and consistency across digital touchpoints, including newsletters, website content, and campaign messaging
Loyalty & Retention
Support initiatives to grow Westfield Club membership through both digital and on-site campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with in-centre retailers to secure exclusive offers and promotions for Club members
Content & Copywriting
Write, edit and proofread content for newsletters, website updates, and event/campaign pages
Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging consistency across all channels
Update imagery and copy on the website and other digital assets as required
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in digital marketing, CRM or loyalty (internships or previous roles welcome)
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Comfortable using email marketing tools and CMS platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Retail or shopping centre experience is a plus but not essential
