Duties

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Utilise tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics for effective data visualisation. Develop and maintain databases using SQL and R to ensure accurate data management. Perform market research to gather relevant information that supports marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders. Employ statistical software such as SPSS and SAS for advanced data analysis techniques. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Experience

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages relevant to data analysis. Familiarity with statistical software packages such as SPSS and SAS. Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable. Knowledge of Google Analytics for web performance analysis is an advantage. Demonstrated ability in market research and statistical analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
