Role overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst able to demonstrate deep understanding of the "so what" within our business. The successful candidate will proactively analyse the marketing funnel / pipeline to share insights that drive actions with the wider business.



This role sits in the Data & Insights department and reports to the Senior BI Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse customer behaviour using data from various sources, including web analytics and CRM systems Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team on funnel effectiveness Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer operations, to integrate insights into marketing strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data-driven objectives for projects Produce marketing funnel and campaign effectiveness reporting

What You Need to Succeed

Experience

Successful candidates are likely to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing or digital analytics role

Knowledge

Successful candidates will bring their knowledge of:

One or more CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot Generating marketing insight to drive action Marketing funnel / pipeline analysis SaaS sales and marketing, ideally B2B

Skills

Likely to include:

Use of a CRM system for contact and campaign management Visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau SQL (dbt) Excellent communication skills Collaboration, across the team and wider business
