Role Summary
We are seeking a Marketing & Data Strategy Manager to lead our brand's digital transformation and drive customer acquisition and retention through insight-led marketing. This is a senior appointment at a time of business growth and repositioning. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, manage cross-platform brand consistency, and identify new market opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies driven by data and customer insights.
Manage digital advertising across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok platforms.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting tools to measure ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness.
Optimise listings and promotions on third-party delivery platforms (JustEat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo) using conversion data and platform analytics.
Oversee all brand touchpoints, including in-store, packaging, social media, and loyalty programme integration.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking using tools like Google Trends, SEMrush, or internal sales analytics.
Use segmentation and trend analysis to shape personalised marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Develop and monitor annual marketing budgets, tracking spend against conversion outcomes.
Lead the creation and execution of localised and seasonal campaigns (e.g., university promotions, Eid or Ramadan specials).
Skills & Experience Required
MSc in International Business with Data Analytics (or equivalent Level 7 postgraduate qualification).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, data analytics, or digital strategy role.
Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Power BI/Tableau).
Demonstrable ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategy.
Experience in QSR, FMCG or multi-site food/hospitality settings is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong commercial acumen.
