To take full ownership of all marketing, content, and communication efforts across social media, website, digital platforms, and campaigns--raising awareness, generating leads, and reinforcing Fox Precision Tooling's position as the UK's EOAT and automation expert.
Key Responsibilities - Social Media & Content Creation
Plan, write, and post engaging weekly content (LinkedIn focus)
Turn engineering wins into customer-friendly posts and carousels
Repurpose technical stories into clear, confident updates
Capture & coordinate images/videos from the workshop floor
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond professionally
Website & Digital Presence
Keep website content current (projects, services, case studies)
Suggest improvements based on visitor data and trends
Coordinate with web developers/designers as needed
Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Branding & Communication
Maintain tone of voice: direct, confident, high quality
Develop company bios, case studies, product pages
Help shape award submissions, brochures, and formal docs
Oversee email newsletters (if required)
Campaigns & Strategy
Help create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns
Track results using analytics and adapt strategy accordingly
Collaborate with the team to showcase real-world solutions
Suggest new opportunities (events, collaborations, press, etc.)
Skills & Attributes Required
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong eye for detail and visual presentation
Confident using LinkedIn, Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar)
Proactive, independent and well-organised
Ability to work closely with engineers and translate technical info
Graphic design or video editing skills (a bonus)
Experience
2+ years in a marketing, content, or comms role (engineering/industrial sector preferred)
Or: Demonstrable portfolio of work in social content, website copy, or digital marketing
