Job Description

This is a hands-on Marketing & Design Associate role for someone who enjoys delivering real, design-led marketing work and wants to grow alongside a small, ambitious studio.

You'll work across client projects spanning web, social and print, supporting both day-to-day delivery and longer-term brand development. Alongside client work, you'll also play a part in shaping Content Craving's own marketing as the business continues to scale.

This role starts as a retained freelance position (16 hours per week), with clear scope to increase hours over time. You'll be based in our Bedford office at least 2 days per week initially, so being local is essential.

Content Craving is a growing creative studio delivering design-led creative services across web, social, print and branding. We work with ambitious businesses who value responsiveness, clarity, consistency and high-quality execution, and we pride ourselves on being dependable and easy to work with.

We've recently scaled to a 5-person team and continue to grow through retained client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver marketing and design work for client projects across web, social and print Create and adapt content for social media, websites, email campaigns and marketing collateral Support brand consistency across client deliverables and internal projects Assist with the design and production of assets such as brochures, social posts, presentations and on-screen graphics Support and help shape Content Craving's own marketing output (social, case studies, brand content) Work collaboratively with the team to manage deadlines and maintain delivery standards

About You

At least 1 years' experience in marketing, design or a similar creative role Comfortable working across both marketing and design deliverables Strong understanding of brand, layout and visual consistency Confident using social platforms and content tools Clear communicator with good attention to detail Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects Happy working in a small studio environment where you're trusted to take ownership Able to attend the Bedford office regularly
