Job Description

Rasoi is a group of restaurants in South Wales. We are now looking for a professional, motivated individual to join our team full-time to support our growth. You'll need to be well organised, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and take real pride in your work.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to take the Rasoi brand to the next level, focusing on graphic design and social media management.

Graphic Design

Create engaging visuals and creative materials for brand awareness and marketing. Design digital collateral (web pages, email newsletters, social campaigns). Produce printed collateral such as posters, brochures, pull-up banners. Coordinate production of marketing materials including design, printing, and stock control. Handle imagery, photography, and editing to showcase the brand.

Website & Content Management

Manage content across Rasoi's restaurant websites. Keep menus, blogs, and content up to date. Produce content with SEO best practices to drive visibility. Write blog articles and content that convert visitors into bookings.

Social Media

Manage multiple Rasoi social media accounts. Create and schedule engaging content focused on food, drink, and events. Develop high-impact, low-cost initiatives to grow engagement and brand awareness. Work with influencers and bloggers to build reach. Track results with tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics.

Digital Marketing

Manage Google Ads and paid campaigns. Carry out keyword research and SEO optimisation. Monitor performance using Google Analytics. Produce and send out e-shots and newsletters, ensuring high-quality design and clear copy. Report on campaign results and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years' experience in marketing, e-commerce, or design. Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms. Strong writing and communication skills. Hands-on design experience for both print and digital. Attention to detail and the ability to balance creative and analytical thinking.

Pay: 29,000.00-35,000.00 per year
