Are you a hands-on, detail-focused designer who loves bringing ideas to life? At Little Green Rooms, we are a people-first business that builds beautifully crafted, high-quality garden rooms. We're looking for a Marketing Designer to be the tactical engine and creative powerhouse that helps our sustainable business grow through strategy, ideas and execution.

About the role

This role sits within our Marketing team and plays a key part in delivering high-quality creative work across digital, brand and content channels. As our Marketing Designer, you'll support day-to-day execution of marketing activity; designing assets, updating our website, managing content, and helping us deliver a consistent, contemporary brand experience.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director and wider team and agencies to support campaign activity, optimise our marketing funnel, and create content that supports the sales journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can balance creativity with practicality, and thrives in a growing, fast-moving environment.

A typical day looks like

Designing visual assets for social media, email campaigns, print materials, and internal documents Updating the website with new content, formatting blogs, or supporting landing page layout Creating and scheduling social posts, writing captions, and responding to comments or messages Preparing files and coordinating with external agencies for paid media, SEO, or photography Editing short-form video content for social or showroom screens Supporting photo or video shoots, from planning logistics to organising assets Ensuring brand consistency across all outgoing materials Collaborating with the Creative Director on funnel improvements, content testing, and audience insights Jumping in where needed to keep marketing operations running smoothly
This is a varied, practical role where you'll switch between creative work, content management, and collaborative tasks across the team.

About you

Strong practical design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma) with examples of work across digital and print Experience creating layouts and visual content for branded or marketing purposes Clear, concise written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep things organised, and work to deadlines Basic understanding of marketing principles and how content supports a customer journey Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro/rush, capcut, Instagram reels or similar) Proactive attitude that brings drive, energy and passion to the role. Flexible, positive and committed team member, who works to high standards. Promotes a culture of inclusivity. Passionate about social and environmental issues.
We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please don't be deterred if that is the case - we'd love to hear from you if you have relevant experience.

Our small, but mighty team is looked after with a range of benefits, including;

25 days holiday, Xmas shutdown, flexible bank holiday options. Pension matched up to 3%. Flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, flexibility to work earlier or later around core hours of 10am-3pm. Enhanced family leave and parental support. Professional development allowance. Social, charity events and volunteering leave. Annual profit share via our bonus scheme

What it's like to work with us

We favour the environment and people over profit. We strive to be adaptable, innovative and personal in everything we do and want to be the best, not the biggest. Our commitment to sustainability shapes our approach to business and we offer a flexible, fun, and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to perform at their best.

Our office, showroom and workshops are all based on the vibrant Gloucester Road in Bristol, which means we see each other regularly and can support one another. We make sure we have time to connect and share information within our monthly team meetings and social events throughout the year. Our offices are dog friendly, so you'll likely meet a few furry friends along the way! We're always looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about making a positive impact. Everyone is welcome!
