We're looking for a

Marketing Designer

who can visually capture the heart of our brand -- someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking to design assets that tell stories, inspire customers, and strengthen Dibor's presence across digital and print channels.

Your Role

As our Marketing Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our brand visuals -- shaping how Dibor looks and feels across campaigns, social media, email, packaging, and advertising. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, photography, and e-commerce teams to translate ideas into beautiful, conversion-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging assets for marketing campaigns, website banners, email newsletters, and social media. Create digital and print materials that reflect Dibor's elegant, heritage-inspired aesthetic. Work with our content and photography teams to plan seasonal campaigns and product launches. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels. Conceptualize new creative ideas that elevate the customer experience. Prepare print-ready and digital files optimized for each platform.

Skills & Experience

2-5 years' experience in

marketing or brand design

, ideally within lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or

Figma/Canva

. Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills. Passion for homeware, interiors, and elegant design aesthetics. Knowledge of social media design trends and digital advertising formats. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: experience with

video editing or motion graphics
