Kids Love Nature is a leading provider of nature-based Kindergarten experiences across Dorset and Hampshire. We are passionate about giving children the best start in life through exploration, outdoor learning, and high-quality early years education. With multiple outstanding settings in unique locations--from country parks to zoological grounds--we are seeking a creative and dedicated Part-Time Marketing & Digital Specialist to help us tell our story and grow our exceptional team.

This is a pivotal, flexible role perfect for a highly organised individual looking for part-time hours who can independently manage and drive our digital presence.

The Role: Key Responsibilities



Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy, focusing heavily on digital channels and essential staff recruitment.

1. Digital Marketing Management (Social, Web & Search)



Social Media:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to promote our ethos, generate enquiries for placements, and build brand awareness.

Website Management:

Maintain and update the company website () to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimised for SEO.

Paid Advertising (AdWords):

Manage and monitor Google AdWords (PPC) campaigns to effectively drive qualified traffic for both kindergarten enquiries and staff recruitment.

2. Recruitment Advertising



Design and place compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., job boards, social media) to attract passionate and high-calibre Early Years educators, Rangers, and support staff. Manage the marketing pipeline for all open vacancies to support our continuous growth.

3. Traditional & Local Marketing



Oversee limited traditional advertising requirements, such as designing local print advertisements, creating local flyers, or organising occasional promotional materials for events.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a digital marketing role, managing multiple channels (Social Media, Website, PPC). Proficiency with website content management systems (Squarespace) and basic image/video editing for social content. Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads (or similar PPC platforms). To embrace the use of AI to improve efficiency of work. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to capture our unique, nature-led tone of voice. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines within the allotted 16 hours. A passion for nature, outdoor education, or the early years sector is highly desirable.

What We Offer



Fully remote 5.6 weeks paid holiday (including bank holidays) Hourly rate between 16-18 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
