We are adding our first Marketing Director in EMEA . We're looking for a self-starter who is strategic, data-driven, has impeccable attention to detail and is a true visionary.
We're looking to expand our market reach globally. We've just hired our Global SVP of Marketing and we're now looking to grow the team significantly with this role.
As a natural collaborator, you'll be working at the intersection of product, marketing, relationship management, and sales.
This is a very high-profile role and you will report directly into the SVP of Marketing with a strong dotted line to the President of EMEA. And working very closely with product marketing, demand generation, and the content marketing teams to ensure that they are focused on localized messaging, sales enablement, content and demand generation campaigns
We're looking for someone who can think from 30,000ft but can also have a laser focus on the detail.
You'll be charged with raising the profile of Enfusion Systems brand within the EMEA market.

What You'll Do

  • Be the key point for the EMEA go-to-market strategy
  • Define the ideal customer profile and buyer personas
  • Conduct regular market researches and define the TAM
  • Gather competitor intel and leverage that for our demand generation team
  • Partner with the product marketing team and establish a process for the product roadmap.
  • You'll be responsible not only for exhibiting at our industry events but importantly creating new event opportunities for our sales and account management team - including roadshows, round tables, social gatherings etc.
  • Drive our EMEA content strategy for educating the market, staying abreast of upcoming legislation changes and acquiring new business
  • Own our sales enablement content
  • You'll create exciting and informative communications to deliver Enfusion's new propositions, both internally and externally
  • You'll help drive revenue by generating hot leads across all platforms, including content, social and performance marketing
  • You'll have an analytical approach to marketing by reporting to management and delivering against set KPIs and targets
  • You'll come up with innovative marketing ideas to attract, retain and convert clients and partners
  • As the friendly face of our B2B marketing, you will represent and promote Enfusion at external events both in the UK and Europe and seek out PR opportunities, whilst working closely with our PR team in New York to amplify further
  • You'll create and deliver successful point of presence / on-site branding at those trade events, including merchandise, stands, branded promotional and supporting marketing collateral and swag
  • Knowledge of digital and offline campaign strategies and execution is essential
Who We Need
  • 5+ years' experience in the B2B SaaS, FinTech or investment management space
  • Razor-sharp writing and presentation skills with a knack for distilling complex ideas into compelling copy
  • Ability to craft both value-based and feature-focused messaging for multiple audiences
  • Track record of creating presentations, web pages, brochures, and other materials tailored to resonate with multiple buyers.
  • Deep experience with creating stand-out exhibiting experiences
  • Experience creating exhibiting experiences like roadshows, round tables and stand-alone exhibition opportunities.
  • Proven understanding of B2B SaaS sales process, ideally at a FinTech provider, and experience working at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot and SFDC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage expectations, opinions, and feedback from multiple stakeholders and on multiple projects at all times.
