ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton Interactive has been growing rapidly in markets outside of the US. Despite its roots as a DTC business, Peloton has also been growing in non-consumer channels. In this role, you will have an immediate impact on Peloton\'s growth across commercial verticals and corporate partnerships. The Emerging Business (EB) Marketing Director is responsible for driving awareness, relevance, leads and sales across Emerging Business lines, which include Commercial, Corporate Wellness and Enterprise Partnerships.

They will ensure that the Peloton Brand voice is amplified in all sales channels and is consistent with the International and Global EB strategy.

They will lead a team of marketers who will create the required tools and assets to drive sales performance at channel level. The EB marketing Manager reports to the Sr Director Marketing International and works closely with the broader Global EB marketing team.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Partner with the global EB Marketing team on the rollout of \xe2\x80\x9cPeloton for Business\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Defines the International EB marketing strategy at channel level and ensure that Peloton has a cohesive strategy across all B2B channels, with the appropriate level of nuance by region and by country.
  • Design programs, promotions and other initiatives that drive CFU sales and App sign ups in EB channels and across international markets
  • Supports the execution of the Partnerships, Corporate Wellness, Commercial and retail strategy
  • Lead the generation of sales enablement and thought leadership tools and services that will scale across markets
  • Solidify Peloton\'s presence at industry relevant events in appropriate sectors (ie. Hospitality, Health & Wellness)
  • Drive both sell in of Peloton in commercial channels and B2B2C adoption
  • Works closely with the International comms team to maximize earned media performance
  • Lead a team of marketeers each responsible for the performance of their channels
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • Strong experience in Marketing leadership experience in a B2B environment supporting large consumer brands
  • Experience in supporting brick and mortar sale channels
  • Experience in D2C a big plus
  • Strong experience experience in management
  • Experience with e-commerce and or fitness services a plus
