An experienced and strategic Marketing Director to build a marketing function and lead/ execute our marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving demand generation, brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, product marketing management, market intelligence, and customer acquisition across all services, existing and new business. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to build and scale marketing programs that support revenue growth and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop/own marketing strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives. Lead and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital advertising, webinars, events, etc.) to drive qualified leads. Build and refine account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value clients and strategic accounts. Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging, content, and campaign execution.

Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, and thought leadership. Analise performance metrics to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Recruit and manage a team of marketing professionals and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years progressive experience in B2B marketing. 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Expertise in content marketing, SEO/SEM, lead nurturing, and digital advertising. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years progressive experience in B2B marketing. 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, teams, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills Experience in the European media industry (broadcast, streaming, production, services, technology) with a vendor and/or customer is absolutely essential. Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent data tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase). * Track record of successful collaboration with sales and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
