a dynamic and innovative marketing director to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth. You will be responsible for crafting impactful communications and customer loyalty across paid, owned, and earned channels. As the leader of a talented team, you'll oversee a Best-in-Class CRM & loyalty program, ensuring sustained growth and enhancing customer lifetime value. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in disruptive marketing and integrated communications, who is experienced in scaling loyalty programs and has a deep understanding of restaurant operations. craft fame and footfall, driving communications across paid, owned and earned channels that convert to more visits for more occasion
lead best in Class CRM & loyalty program with industry leading LTV & primary contributor to LFL growth YOYOY
ensure wagamama are always easy to find and search digitally with a dominance of local search
define + implement our in-restaurant brand proposition ensuring we are a memorable moment for guests to connect, inspiring one more visit through what makes us famous (our food and our hospitality)
Inspire and lead team, creating the next generation of leaders
lead a team of 12 with 4 direct reports. Working hand in glove with peers - commercial strategy & insight director, creative director, head of international marketing as the senior marketing leadership team
key member of the wider business senior leadership team
what you'll need |
experience working at a marketing director level across retail, hospitality or similar
disruptive marketing, proven track record in delivering commercially
impactful integrated communications ideas, critical to have experience in scaling a loyalty / CRM program and strong relationship / relatable with restaurant operations a must to bring brand to life through team members viewed as genuine brand ambassadors
